Say Hello to THE OPEN FEEDBACK CULTURE
Is This Project the Right Fit for Me? – Reflect and Ask Yourself:
Do I struggle to give or receive constructive feedback in my workplace?
Am I looking for ways to improve communication and engagement within my team?
Do I want to build a culture of open dialogue but don’t know where to start?
Could better feedback skills help me grow as a manager, trainer or employee?
